A Line of Sight's Editor-in-Chief, Bob Beauprez, appeared on Fox News earlier this week to talk about the Obama campaign's new low, a blatantly misleading ad created by Obama's Super PAC that accuses Mitt Romney of being responsible for the death of a Missouri woman. Bob Beauprez pointed out that the Obama campaign may have run afowl of federal election law, since campaigns and their PACs are forbidden from coordinating.
The Obama campaign quickly denied any knowledge of the story. They must have forgotten that they had already run an ad about the story, and hosted a conference call for reporters with the woman's husband. Get the rest of the story here.
