There are reports today that the Obama camp is throwing in the towel;
giving up even pretending that the President deserves re-election based
upon his record. According to Politico.com,
"the candidate who ran on 'hope' in 2008 has little choice four years
later but to run a slashing, personal campaign aimed at disqualifying
his likeliest opponent."
