I have often had reason to be critical of President Barack Obama, but not today as he spoke eloquently and emotionally for each and every one of us shortly after the indescribable tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. Today, the President made me very proud, and I thank him for that.
May God touch the heart and soul of the family members that lost such dear innocent loved ones with His strength to see them through this unspeakable horror. And, may His abiding example inspire all of us to do as President Obama said, "love one another."
